Sad day

I was gonna post something trivial about something music related, but it just doesn't seem right now. After the terror attacks yesterday things feel a little strange here in Oslo, Norway, at the moment. I'm finding myself at loss for words...

And after hearing the news about Amy Winehouse joining the 27 Club, this is turning out to be an even weirder day...

Elektron MachineDrum - Knob upgrade kit

So, I got these replacement knobs for my Elektron MachineDrum. They're really cool and have a kind of rubber-like surface (the original knobs are just plastic), and according to Elektron, they will vastly improve the grip factor… Well, it's an improvement, alright, but maybe not vast… but, yeah, I guess they do make you wanna tweak some more. For the most part just I think it makes the MachineDrum feel a little more exquisite. Kind of makes it a little easier for the whole "Man-Machine" thing to happen, you know?
